Winter school in Rovaniemi, Finland
This intensive study program took place from the 19th to the 26th of January 2020 in Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland, the northern most region in Finland. The winter school involved the testing and evaluation of courses and associated instructional materials. French, Latvian and Finnish students from the three partner universities participated in two courses that were created within the project: "Multilevel Governance of Natural Resources in the Arctic" and "Arctic Indigenous Peoples Law."
